LA and OC Real Estate Photography, Videography, and Reels | Info and Shoot Details

All Los Angeles and Orange County real estate photography, videography, and reels packages include two in house shooters, Willy and Hilly, with over ten years of professional experience.

We shoot in RAW and every project is edited by us, not outsourced, for consistent style and reliable quality. We do not deliver unedited files. Full professional editing and digital delivery are included.

Delivery is typically via a private online gallery, with MLS ready files included. USB delivery is available on request for an additional fee.

We photograph and film on Sony A1 and Sony A7 III systems for clean, sharp listing photos, walkthrough video, and vertical reels for Instagram and ads. Drone photo and video are available on request when allowed. Matterport 3D tours and 360 photos can be added based on the property.

On request and for an additional fee, we can shoot video on Canon Cinema, RED, or Alexa Mini for higher end productions, and photo on Hasselblad.

A travel fee applies for locations more than 15 miles from ZIP 90028.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of the shoot includes a $100 fee.

Booking multiple listings, ongoing monthly coverage, or property management portfolios qualifies for discounted pricing and custom packages.

Standard delivery is within three days. One day rush delivery is available for a $150 fee.

Image licensing varies based on usage and distribution.

Details

Construction, remodeling, real estate, and vacation rental photography and video packages in Los Angeles include two shooters, Willy and Hilly, full professional editing, and digital delivery. We photograph and film using Sony A1 and Sony A7III cameras for high quality, consistent results, with drone photography and video available using DJI Mavic 3 and Mavic Air 2.

Discounts are available for multiple sessions. For recurring real estate, remodeling, construction, vacation rental photography, videography, and social media content, we offer special rates and customized packages. Image licensing varies by usage.
